In addition to this, you have to submit manually another form for supplementary details along with your passport and documentary evidences of your sound financial position or the confirmation of the sponsorship of your visit to the US and your temporary stay there.
At the time of the visa interview after submission of the online application form you would be required to submit by-hand the form of supplementary details and your passport. Whatever you have mentioned in your online application form you have to prove its truthfulness during the interview and your interviewer may also ask you to produce the documentary evidence of any of your claims.
